Water Services in Mokane are provided through the cities public water system. We currently have a flat rate  for monthly usage however, we are in the process of upgrading all water lines and installing meters. 

The City of Mokane provides sewer services for those living in the area.  We currently have a flat rate for monthly usage however, we are in the process of upgrading the entire system and rates will be determined by water usage.  We have already started installing E/One grinder pumps in septic tanks as old pumps break down. These pumps will be used as part of the new system when we begin work on it. We have installed a new tank, pump, and control panel at some locations where everything needed replaced. Our Maintenance Director, Dennis Hoffmann, and Mayor, Chad Booher, are both certified to install and repair E/One pumps and control panels. This will be a big money saver for the city.  We are also installing new E/One control panels which connect to the cellular network.  This allows both of them to get immediate notices of any issue via text message which greatly increases response time when an issue arises.  We can also access multiple reports which helps to diagnose problems and see usage.
